Items Purchased Over 30 Days

You have the full legal right to return an order, provided that you do it within the stipulated 30-day period of making your purchase. Beyond the 30-day period, you will not be eligible for returns.

Mill Ship Items

Mill Ship Items (items that are shipped straight from a factory) will only be processed as returned items or exchanged items if they are genuinely defective. Regular returns/exchanges are not considered for items that are classified as mill ship ones.

Customized and Embellished Items

Promotional Products as well as other types of apparel or accessories that are changed, customized or embellished by any decorative method are ineligible for returns, or refunds.

Used or Altered Items

All items that you may have used (washed, worn, or found to be dirty), or are altered (not in the original condition) are ineligible for returns.

Intimates

Returns of intimates are subject to inspection – According to law, intimates cannot be returned once they have been used, worn, soiled, altered, modified or damaged. We recommend you select the correct size via our size charts to avoid issues.

Closeout Items

Sales of all Closeout Stock Keeping Units are full and final. They are not eligible for returns or refunds. The closeout items may only be considered for replacement if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged, soiled, defective or incorrect items may be returned regardless of them being Mill Ships, Intimates, or Closeouts.

Return Policy for International Customers

• Return Authorization (RA) is a mandatory part of returning items to The Apparel Factory Inc.
• Returns are completely free if you were delivered an incorrect Item.
• You may return your items to us if you are not satisfied with what you have received. You can do this within 21 days counting from the receipt of your original order.

When it comes to an exchange, you need to place a fresh order after returning the items from the earlier order after you get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). After we get your returned items, your refund will be processed through the payment method you had used when paying for your order.
